This exploratory call, at our expense, offers a chance for us to learn about you, your family, and your goals. First, we will introduce our firm, outline our services, and explain how we collaborate with clients. We will also ask questions to assess whether moving forward aligns with your objectives. If so, then we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting with an experienced consultant to dive deeper into your financial situation.
Next, we’ll conduct a no-cost consultation to clarify your vision and financial priorities. Together, we’ll review your needs, goals, and current financial situation. In addition we’ll explore your risk tolerance and approach to investment volatility. Based on this discussion, we may subsequently ask for your approval to proceed if we believe we can add significant value.

To build your financial strategy, we gather detailed information about your financial position, including assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. Additionally, we assess your family and health circumstances in order to forecast your financial trajectory. By simulating various scenarios, we’ll recommend improvements that better align with your personal goals. We will also assess your risk tolerance, assigning a risk level between 1 (low risk) and 10 (high risk). Consequently, this helps us craft an asset allocation plan tailored to your objectives.
Based on our analysis, you will then receive a Primary Strategy Report. This report will outline potential improvements, and we will review it in detail during a follow-up meeting. As needed, we’ll refine the strategy, because there is no limit to the number of meetings required to finalise your plan.
After refining the strategy, we will present the Revised Strategy Report, which will include the finalised planning and portfolio strategies. Furthermore this report will outline a clear, chronological list of next steps and provide clarity on your strategy’s implementation. We will also address any outstanding questions and meanwhile discuss the timeline for execution.

At this stage, we’ll finalise the integration of your strategy. This may involve setting up new investments, modifying existing ones, or adjusting retirement and protection contracts. Therefore we will prepare all necessary paperwork and disclosures, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to your new plan.
To solidify our commitment, we’ll establish an annual review schedule. These reviews are designed to ensure that your Planning and Portfolio Strategies remain aligned with your evolving goals. As a result, you’ll have direct access to your consultant, guaranteeing continuous support and a personalised service.
For clients seeking an additional layer of service, we offer a Family Awareness Meeting. Essentially this optional step ensures your beneficiaries understand your financial strategy and can make informed decisions regarding tax efficiency, bloodline protection, and wealth preservation against inflation. Ultimately, you can schedule this meeting at any time to ensure long-term clarity and stability for your loved ones.
